Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– $12.95 flat rate
– Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
– Ideal for non-urgent orders

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear like we stand behind our avalanche safety advice. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

  • 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Men’s Underwear & Sleepwear
  • Women’s Baselayers

(Exceptions made for defective/damaged items upon arrival)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps like you’d follow a marked trail:

  1. Contact Our Mountain Logistics Team
    Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request”
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange preferences (if applicable)
  2. Receive Your Return Authorization
    We’ll email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours (faster than alpine weather changes!)
  3. Package Your Items Securely
    Repack in original packaging with all tags, like you’d secure your climbing gear
  4. Ship Your Return
    Affix the provided return label (US) or follow international shipping instructions

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged
  • We recommend using trackable shipping (your GPS for packages)
  • For international returns, you may be responsible for customs fees

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: Email confirmation when processed

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The process is similar to returns:

  • Specify your preferred replacement item in your initial email
  • Check current availability on our website
  • For faster service, place a new order and return the original separately

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged (as rare as a sunny day in the Alps):

  • We’ll arrange replacement/refund with prepaid return label
