Someone must sign for deliveries, like checking in at trailheads. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

6. Returns & Gear Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

You have 15 days from delivery to initiate returns, with items in original condition (tags attached, unworn) – treat them like demo gear you’re returning.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on Men’s Underwear & Sleepwear or Women’s Baselayers (unless defective).

6.2 Return Process
